Business Card and Contact tracker vers1.0

Have you ever struggled with large numbers of business cards, stacked in a pile on your desk, or in business card “plastic wallets”, and become frustrated when you have to waste time hunting down contact details?

Many people haven’t caught on to the notion that the person who hands you a business card is telling you several key messages;

-    They want to do business with you! Maybe not today (that would always be nice) but more likely in the future!

 -    You may want to do business with them! ie; the “What’s In It For Me” approach.

Usually when you meet the person, shake their hand and take their business card, you do a quick mental snapshot (you do “do this” don’t you?) to assess a; what are they trying to sell me, and b; what could I sell them of my product /services.

One aspect often overlooked is that at some stage a business card can be either a potential customer of yours or a potential supplier of yours or in some cases they may be both at the same time! The sooner it happens the sooner you both have a win!

Managing your business cards can be a good way to “build your business” especially in times when “the order book” just seems “to go quiet” and the phone has stopped ringing. It’s at that time you often “pick up the pack of business cards” and start trolling through looking for “old gems” in the pack of business cards you have on hand, just to see if you can “extract some more sales”.

 BizTrak offers a simple report and some limited search capabilities that can be tailor made by BizMIS to suit your needs at very attractive rates.
